You recently installed two wardrobes in our home, and we want you to know that we have had time to become very satisfied with the job. Lyn, Walter and Voytck were all very quick to find out what we wanted, and had the skills to guide us into choosing materials and design correctly. There are two ways a company can have good staff. One is select the right people, and the other is to train staff properly. We think your firm has done both… So far five of our friends have seen the final result of your work, and admired it. Please convey our thoughts to the people who looked after us so well.

I would like to pass on some feedback to you in regards to one of your wardrobe installers who attended a job at my place in Cordeaux Heights on Wednesday morning. His name is Norm.

Norm arrived at the time specified by your staff at the Wollongong office. He was polite and took care when bringing in his equipment to the three rooms we had the wardrobe doors installed in. He completed the job in what seemed like a very efficient time frame, and the results of his work were FANTASTIC!

Having been without wardrobe doors on our built-in closets for almost 12 months, perhaps we were just shocked at the difference the doors made to the overall look of the rooms, however his handiwork and care that was obviously taken when putting in the door rails and guides was seamless. The doors look so great, and I along with my partner Wayne would like to pass on our thanks to Norm, and to let management know that he has done such a terrific job.

We will be happy to pass on the details of Betta Wardrobes Wollongong to our family and friends in the future!

Yesterday we had a wardrobe installed at Greenwich, which was purchased through your St Leonards office. I just wanted to advise you that your installer telephoned to advise that he was running a few minutes late, installed it promptly and cleaned up any mess; a most pleasant and courteous person. People seem to complain however when there is a positive it should also be advised. We have used you before on our investment property and will recommend you in the future. I’m not sure of the installer’s name………. please pass on our thanks.

I recently had Enrique (apologies for spelling) install a built in wardrobe at our premises in Macarthur Ave Crows Nest. I wanted to let you know the professional job he did – we are extremely happy with the result. He conducted himself in a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable way and I will have no hesitation in using his services again and recommending him and Betta to my friends.

I am writing this letter to congratulate you on your staff at Betta. I was looking to have a new wardrobe installed and naturally set out to get at least 3 quotes. From the minute I spoke to the ladies they were very professional and as soon as Gavin McGuirk came to see me I was immediately impressed firstly with his promptness and secondly with his demeanour. Gavin knew exactly what I wanted and quickly set about giving me a quote. He had some excellent ideas and the price was extremely good compared to the previous quotes. I decided to give Gavin the job immediately rather than get another quote. Your installer (sorry I don’t recall his name) was also excellent and did the job efficiently and what’s more tidied up before he left. We were thrilled with the wardrobe. I know it was only a small job in the scheme of things but I felt I had to commend your staff as so often these days people are quick to criticize and loathe to give praise.

Would like to thank you for the easy quotation and later installation of a wardrobe in my son’s room at Heathcote on 4.8.08. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful when I changed a few things from the original quote and the installation person was very nice and cleaned up after himself which was unexpected and appreciated.

I dread having people in my home because I’ve had a couple of sleazy tradesmen work at my house in the past, which made the hours they were here very uncomfortable. Thank you to each staff member, who in their own way, contributed to a pleasant experience.
